No sooner I receive your payment I will begin to design the website layout first and send it to you thereafter once you approve the layout I will work on coding. Then balance payment (60%) can be made once I have completed designing your website.

Yes, no issue , Now you can hire Web Designers .Net or PHP Programmers who will work on your projects for just $ 150 to $500 per month. i.e. less than USD 1 to 4 per hour.
The Web Designer or PHP Programmer would work 22 days a month (Excluding National Holidays in Sri Lanka) and 8 hours a day dedicatedly on your project/s.
